International Yoga Festival

Shine Your Light at the International Yoga Festival, June 20-21.

Feet forward, arms shoot to the sky, eyes gazing ahead. Breathe is steady, deep, rhythmic.
 
Before you is a shimmering sea. Gentle surf massages soft white sand. Behind, others are poised on their mats in stillness, finding their inner peace. As all breathe in, then release, a crimson sun dips into the sea. Bliss.
 
Welcome to the International Herzliya Seaside Yoga Festival. Come and join like- minded yogis for two days of teachings and reflections in a most magnificent setting.
 
It all starts on Thursday June 20 at 6:30, just in time for a sunset practice and runs into the night until 11pm. On Friday, bring your mat for an early morning sun salutation with classes and presentations on many forms of yoga from 6am until 6pm.
 
According to The Bhagavad Gita, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”  
 
Come and join like-minded yoga friends on your mats for an incredible journey.
Sun, sea, asana. Aaahhhh.....
 
The classes and lectures are free. Just bring a mat or buy one there.
